Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns and refunds are only applicable if the product is received in a damaged or torn condition.

To be eligible for a return or refund, customers must provide a clear and complete unboxing video showing the package being opened and clearly displaying the damaged or defective product at the time of opening. The video must be recorded without any cuts or pauses.

Requests submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund after the product is verified. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that returns and refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or minor color variations due to screen differences.
