Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and refunds are only applicable if the product is received in a damaged or torn condition. A clear and complete unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or refund request. Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.

If a customer receives the wrong size or wrong color, an exchange will be provided. If a customer orders the wrong size or requests a size or color change, an additional ₹200 will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs.

All payments must be made through the available payment methods on our website. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.
